Blue District is not only known for its delicious food, good wines and hospitable service, but also for its theme weeks. These originated from the original concept of Blue District restaurant, The Blue Zone Alkmaar. Our menu changes several times a year for 10 days with the most delicious dishes inspired by one of the Blue Zones. The dishes that the Chef and his team prepare are ideal for sharing. In addition to the Japanese, Californian and Sardinian 10-days, you can enjoy the Game & Seafood 10-days.
During these theme weeks we always use a small lunch and dinner menu with a number of dishes that are on our “normal” menu. We also always serve a matching beer and wine that come into their own during these days.
So if you are not a fan of game or fish, no problem, there is something for everyone!!
